| Yoga Basics-All are welcome in for yoga basics! This class will provide a very accessible class that will give clear direction and explanation of different yoga poses. Students will be able to practice in a non-competitive environment and can grow in proper alignment and ability at their own pace. If this is your first experience in yoga wonderful come dressed in comfortable non-restrictive clothing, bring a yoga mat if you own one but if not we do offer loaner mats, arrive 15 minutes before class to make your class a relaxing experience. | |
